The Oodoowerre estate, located in the Uva highlands of Sri Lanka, produces this exquisite tea with its pale infusion, Delicate, mellow taste and sweet, aromatic finish. So called “silver tips” because of the silvery white hairs on the bud, Oodoowerre Silver Tips is a beautiful Ceylon tea that uses only the tenderly hand-picked buds of the ‘purple’ tea plant, which are sun-dried and processed by hand.
